Intent to package: lynx-ssl, ftp-ssl, telnet-ssl

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

There are ssl patches for lynx available and I'll try to build a
debian package using the current debian lynx package.

There is a sslftp, but I don't see it well maintained (upstream). So
I'd like to look into it and apply the ssl-relevant parts to the ftp
which debian is using. We have also patches to wu-ftpd which could
produce a wu-ftpd-ssl package.

The same stands for ssltelnet. The current ssltelnet in debian has
some serious problems. If I could use debian telnet(d) as a base I
could integrate patches to telnet immediately into ssltelnet.
I have not yet decided if this will be a new package telnet-ssl
(naming like apache-ssl) or if it will replace the current ssltelnet.

I don't know how much work this would be, so please be patient

Christoph
