Hi, I installed slink to partitions on /dev/sde. Everything went OK until first reboot. Panic, /dev/sde1 couldn't be mounted on /. I found out that there were no device files for sde, only /dev/sd[a-d] have been created. No device files for st (SCSI-tape) either and "MAKEDEV st0" creates only /dev/st0 no nst0 etc. I hope somebody who know how to fix it is listening.
