The only banned thing here is package that says :
`cyclon-B was used only for desinfection'
BTW: free-world shouldnt be simply renamed non-us
There should be field in each package (2 proposals)
1) `Cause-Of-Ban' ex values: gore, porno, anticommunism, crypto
2) `Ban-In' ex values: de, us, zh
This shouldnt mean that you cant mirror it there. It may either mean
ban on reexport, usage or anything else.
