Changes to potato today

I've made these changes to potato today:

orphaned html2latex (source is now in project/orphaned)
removed mico-2.2.6 and mico-2.2.7 (superseded by mico-3.3.0)
removed gltt2 and gltt2-dev (renamed to libgltt2 and libgltt2-dev)
removed gdtclft2.1 in favour of gdtclft (see bug#52923)
removed a whole bunch of egcs-related libraries that no longer have source:
    alpha: libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1, libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1-dbg,
           libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1-dev, libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1,
	   libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1-dbg, libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1-dev
    i386:  libg++2.8.2, libg++2.8.2-dev, libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1-dbg,
	   libg++2.8.2-glibc2.1-dev, libstdc++2.9, libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1-dbg
  	   libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1-dev
    powerpc: egcs-nof, libg++2.8.2, libg++2.8.2-dev, libstdc++2.9
	   libstdc++2.9-dbg, libstdc++2.9-dev
    sparc: libg++2.8.2, libstdc++2.9, libg++2.8.2-dev, libstdc++2.9-dbg
	   libstdc++2.9-dev
    arm:   libg++2.8.2, libg++2.8.2-dev, libstdc++2.9, libstdc++2.9-dev

At this point I had to stop because dinstall ran.  m68k and hurd-i386
will follow later.
