I had no fun with it yet.
I had my moment of pain when upgrading 5 MB took whole hour !!!!!
And the only reason was that this 5 MB was put into about 100 debs.
I have p166/16mb-ram. And what about people with 486 and 8mb ?????
How are they guilty ?

And seriously now. The most of work should be put either to
packages' scripts or to packager. Now either {post,pre}{inst,rm}
and dpkg have plenty of work.

We can either :
- make big control file with a lot of settings and let packager
transfer directories and make symlinks (yes, this is about doc stuff)
and no packages conflicts, but put into control port or namespace requests,
etc.

- make packager only download/unpack/delete work and packages itselves
will check if all libs are present etc.

This should speed thing up a few times
