You missed two points as well. I'm not a Debian maintainer, and I _am_ the
original submitter for both bug reports!!!

I could close, but I chose to let the maintainer do so... I wanted to let the
bug there to affect his karma =)

Oh, looks like you checked the bug report to see I didn't really close it...
But how did you fail to notice the submitter name?

And that was what I was ranting about... The second bug _was already fixed_ but
nobody bothered to check! If it weren't for me wanting to help with the bug
squahing party checking my old bugs, it would stay there forever.

BTW, the right thing to do with the second bug would be to ask the user if it
was already fixed.

At least someone understood my rant ;-)
