Intent to package: ddskk

Hi,

I am working on the package ddskk(Daredevil SKK), an
experimental branch of SKK.  It can be used instead of the
package skk.

Ddskk is licensed under the GPL.

You can get more information about ddskk at

http://openlab.ring.gr.jp/skk/main.html

If there are no objections, I will upload it to master in a
few days.
