I learned this evening from its original author that "smtp-refuser should really be updated before the freeze" -- apparently its list of sites to refuse is extremely outdated. Barring objection, I'm adopting it [from Debian-QA], updating it, and hope to have it uploaded RSN. I'll also close the only reported bug.
