Intent to Package: ngrep

Hello,

If nobody objects, I intend to package ngrep, which is essentially grep for
network traffic. It doubt it will introduce any major bugs, and if it does,
it can be pulled, and I'll upload it again after the freeze.

It's actually already packaged and can be uploaded anytime.
