Only to be parseable (sp?) by the web pages? This way some
self- written bug reports will go to that person instead of
the maintainer. May be both good and bad, depending on what
is sent where.
Something different (i.e. easily usable) is needed. Perhaps
an Author: xxx line in the README.Debian? Did not policy had
something being proposed to change the exact wording of that
anyway?
