In addition to that, we will have to devise how to do the translation
jobs.
1) How could translators get notified new/updated package
Descriptions?
2) To where do the translators submit their translations? (Just
filing a bug to the BTS?)
3) How do the maintainers receive the translations and incorporate
them into their packages? (How could we remove the delay of
release and translation?)
