It seems that people don't want to add that much sections to
the current system. (In fact I wouldn't like so much added to
any system. In your proposal, there were sections that would
never have more than two or three packages, and that's too few.
It mustn't go too complicated.)

I do agree that a new sectioning system would be better than
the current but for the while it's being pondered and develped
something must be done because Potato _does need_ more sections. 

Having a new sectioning system in Potato is quite much dreaming,
I think. So the only way to make the situation better (primarily for
first-time installers) is to add new sections to the current
system.
