I use LANG=cs_CZ for Czech. Locales of programs are instaled into
/usr/share/locale/cs, but LC_CTYPE & comp. are in cs_CZ. IMHO
it is better to use longer LANG, because libc will find locaes in shorter
directories, but not in longer ones.
