Are you sure this isn't the payment for the technical review that a
few of us (Rob Tollison, myself, a couple of other people whose minds
slip my mind) did for the new ed. of Running Linux a few weeks ago?
It should have been $1000.

(BTW, Darren, those checks I asked you about came through on Wednesday.)
