Yes.  There is no way to distinguish a package out of date for i386
because the source maintainer uses another architecture and a package
out of date for i386 because of an NMU for another architecture.

This was a mistake on the part of whoever made these uploads, there is
absolutely no need for a source upload when it's a simple recompile
for one specific architecture.  Complain to whoever did them.

[People bitch at me because quinn diff doesn't know about the < 3% of
out of date i386 packages, then people bitch at me when I spend 3 days
rewriting quinn diff, setting up a build daemon and upload queue and
recompiling those packages.  Rock.  Hard Place.]
