bttvgrab and xawtv

I've got two short questions:

 - has anyone succeeded to compile and run bttvgrab on potato with the 2.2.6
   kernel? It compiles for me, but segfaults..
 - Can anyone please point me to where I can find the xawtv packages for the
   latest version (2.41, while potato has 2.37)
