Release-critical bug report

Dear Wichert,

Would it be possible to reinstitute the release-critical bug report on
your homepage on master, obviously with a cleared exceptions list?  I
checked it on a regular basis during the freeze to see whether there
was anything I was able to help with.  The [FIX] etc comments made it
especially useful over the plain BTS version.

Alternatively, maybe this is something for the new release manager to
take over?
