I intent to package the Seaview program <http://pbil.univ-lyon1.fr/software/sea view.html> in a package named "seaview". Seaview is a graphical editor for biology sequences alignments. The author agrees but still hesitates over a licence. Artistic seems probable. Since Seaview depends on Xforms, it will end up in contrib :-( No technical difficulties expected.
