FYI, not only is this a bug, it is one that has been fixed.  (Spiffier
than ever - it actually has a number of newer defaults, like m: and n:
for the dosemu hd and fd images; there's a commented out z: for scsi
zip, but since a dos zip drive could be any of sd*4 or hd*4, there
isn't much point in a default.  Likewise I might put in an f: for
pcmcia flash, but that gets dynamically loaded, so is still hopeless.
Nonetheless these give people a better starting point...)

So be sure to take a look at this one when you go to 3.9.1-{1,2},
especially if you've hand-edited the old "SAMPLE FILE" one, the new
one might suit you unchanged.
