I thought that it didn't exist since I got returned mail when I tried to
subscribe.  It turns out I sent the request to list.debian.org instead of
lists.debian.org.  Sorry about the confusion.

By the way, debian-legal doesn't appear to be on the subscription web
page.  Did I miss it?
