We could well have Debian meetings without the prerequisite of a Big Event
happening simultaneously.  Heck, if enough people come, it will be a Big
Event by itself.  We should call it a "Debian Kongress."  And it would of
course be a "Free Kongress" - not to be confused with free beer though.

If you want free beer, you'll have to go to a non-free Kongress and have
your employer pay for the expenses :-)
