PGP key signing tonight in Montreal?

Are there any Debian developers around Montreal today? I know of three
including myself, and two of us are planning to go to the Linux-Quebec meeting
tonight. So if there are others maybe we could get a bunch and sign each
others PGP keys.

In a related note, I've noticed a rather surprising proportion of Canadian
users on #debian. Is this representative of our user base? Is there any way to
find out?

Charles Levert présentera un bref exposé sur les outils pour
développer des applications en plusieurs langues, et la configuration
requise pour utiliser de telles applications.  Cette présentation sera
suivie d'une période de questions, le tout devant se terminer environ
entre 20 h 00 et 20 h 30.  Suivront des réunions de groupes d'intérêts
spécifiques afin de faire progresser certains dossiers chauds.  Un de
ces groupes, avec Jacques Gélinas, s'attaquera au contexte particulier
des usagers au Québec qui utilisent les applications en français et en
anglais, le tout souvent à partir d'un clavier US ; une solution
simple et efficace, qui deviendra la recommandation officielle de
Linux-Québec, devrait être trouvée, débattue et retenue.

Les rencontres techniques mensuelles sont gratuites et ouvertes à
tous.  Elles ont généralement lieu le deuxième mercredi de chaque
mois, avec relâche en juillet et août.  C'est l'occasion de discuter
des dernières nouveautés dans le monde Linux, d'établir des contacts
et d'assister à une présentation technique portant sur un sujet relié
à Linux et aux logiciels ouverts.  Elles ont souvent lieu à l'École
Polytechnique de Montréal.

Subject:	Internationalization

Charles Levert will briefly present multi-lingual application
development tools, and the configuration required to use such
applications.  This presentation will be followed by a questions
period which should end between 20:00 and 20:30.  This will be
followed by meetings of special interest groups aiming to advance a
few hot topics.  One of these groups, chaired by Jacques Gélinas, will
concentrate on the topic of Québec users who run their applications in
both French and English, usually from an US keyboard; a simple and
efficient solution which will become the official Linux-Québec
recommendation should be presented, debated, then retained.

Our monthly technical meetings are free and open to all.  They are
generaly held on the second wednesday of each month, except in July
and August.  They are an opportunity to discuss the latest news in
the Linux world, establish contacts, and listen to a technical
presentation on a Linux and open software related subject.  They are
often held at École Polytechnique de Montréal.
