Hi i'm a new mantainer in debian,
maybe i can try to take the "debianization" of LDP books.
I'will take the packages tkstep* from my friend federico (fog@debian.org)
but i can't update until i update my linux box to slink.
I think that the package of LPD will be system-indipendent...
