Neither please. I've asked Troll where they'd like to discuss QPL issues
(message Cc-ed to debian-email); let's wait for a response on that.
For now, let's try to identify clearly what we believe is unclear about the
QPL and its possible bad interaction with the GPL.
Once we have a clear list of issues we (Debian as a whole) would like to see
addressed, we can contact Troll officially.
