Indeed it has. I've just checked master.debian.org (from where
ftp.debian.org mirrors), and g++ is on master.
It seems that ftp.debian.org is suffering from the same problems as
mirrors. Perhaps someone more familiar with rsync can comment on this?
(perhaps it can be configured first to get new files, and only then to
delete old ones?).
