???  No, it hasn't.  All yet-to-be released archs live in sid
precisely so there don't have to be these shuffles.  The current
unstable distribution has symlinks into sid.

The first time that that arch is released, the then-current frozen
distribution will get the sid symlink and the arch will be treated as
a normal released arch for the then-unstable.
