Scheme (list scm slib guile)

I released slib, scm and guile packages today, as the previous
versions were quite old, and no one had a lot of time to deal with
them.

Since I don't know a great deal about scheme, or these packages in
particular, I would appreciate it if some people tested them a bit.

They seem to install ok on my box, and run a few simple things.  Guile
is now linked against ncurses 4, as well.
