SCM

Hi, I'm checking up on the status of SCM in Debian.  There are new
versions of slib and scm out, and it might be nice to include them, as
well as the latest Guile.  I'm not overly qualified for these, as I
don't know scheme too well, or much about particular implementations,
however, I'm not sure that this particularly gets in the way of
actually packaging these things.
