Much work & a bout with Mono have delayed this intent message - the first reason I signed up as a developer.. My schedule is now a bit lighter, though. Think is a Gnomified outliner and hierarchical organizer. It allows one to organize text data in an outline. It is distributed under the terms of the GPL.
