intent to package libplot-perl
I just wrote a perl module to call libplot routines. The complete
C API is wrapped. libplot is a part of the FSF's plotutils package.
Currently the routines are rather low level, but the author of plotutils
is actively working on making higher level scientific plotting routines.
I will add them as they become available.
libplot appears to be under GPL and not LGPL. I think this means
I have to choose GPL for my module.
