Is this packaged?  Could it be?  Could you (at least) send it to me?

I'm still running bo, so if this compressed docs mess is fixed (yes,
fixed) in 2.0, fine.

BTW: my gv does not read compressed .ps files... but some people said
it would.  How do I make it?  (Or is this only in hamm?)
