They say: 1. You may not sell this software
          2. You may sell this software

We sell the software.

They say `we told you not to the the software'

We say the licence is not clear.

They say you should have clarified it with us.

We say we were going to do that.

They say, oh, you were, were you, that makes it all ok then.
