Done (finally). Look for lockfile-progs at a mirror near you. I
should add some example code for using mail-touchlock and
lockfile-touchlock...

I filed that a while back. Don't know if anything's been done about
it, but it doesn't matter for lockfile-progs, they just use lockfile_*
for everything.
