Problems with tkstep 8.0 package

The directory /usr/lib/tkstep8.0/demos/ contains some demo applications. 
These demo applications contains the foll. lines:

#!/bin/sh
# the next line restarts using wish \
exec wishstep "$0" "$@"
-----

There is no executable file called wishstep and there is no symbolic 
link to /usr/bin/wishstep8.0. 

I have installed the following packages: tkstep8.0, tk8.0, tk8.0-dev

Can the maintainer respond to this.
