dpkg-dev 1.4.0.30
I just updated dpkg to 1.4.0.30 as found in incoming. I found that I am no
longer able to run dpkg-buildpackage since dpkg-source doesn't find
debian/substvars anymore. BTW wasn't this file automatically created some
time ago? I don't seem to have it in the source (as it is deleted by
debian/rules clean), but it is not created, So I guess I have to create it
manually and not remove it during clean. Correct?
