Intent to package: avra, avrp

I would like to package the following:

avra: A macro assembler for the Atmel AVR 8-bit RISC microcontrollers
      (AT90S series.)  Avra is a compatible superset of Atmel's own
      assembler with enhanced macro features.

avrp: A programmer for the Atmel AVR AT90S and AT89S-series
      microcontrollers.  Supports several programmers including
      Atmel's $49 developer/test board.

These tools are GPL'd and I am currently using them to write programs
for the AT90S1200 chip.
