Won't package tcpview

Hi!

Trying to compile tcpview was no fun as I didn't reach
any upstream author, am no god with gcc, make and
lesstiff and didn't have much time. I tried it
nevertheless (and announced it here) because I've
seen tcpview somewhere and wanted to have it.

Now there is this package ethereal and for now
I'm satisfied with that.

Therefore I revoke my intention to package
tcpview. If anyone was waiting for it, 
have a look at ethereal.
