No, they are using other proprietary software:

1) Some programs use mimelib, a strictly proprietary library.
2) Several number of programs use the meta object compiler distributed by
trolltech under the same license of the TrollTech library.
3) The License aspect is very unclear: i.e. the file
kdegraphics-1.0/kdvi/psheader.txt suggest strongly that kdvi is using some
code with proprietary restrictions [1](only non commercial use). But the docs
don't speak about this controversial aspect. This program use code even GPL of
the Kpathsea library (kdegraphics-1.0/kdevi/kpathsea/*).

Because of these problems I think the best solution is to remove KDE: when
the license aspect will be clarified, we'll put KDE back in the distribution.


[1] this seems a text file, but it's content is parsed in a .c file and then
compiled.
