Or subject filtering or, even, multiple issues on a ballot. The UseVote system
allows for that possibility if the proposals can be timed or the vote times
shifted by the few days it would take to line up the vote days. Say, if all
ballots are issued the first Monday after the two week discussion period, then
multiple issues could be put on a ballot... I just didn't "demo" that method...
