Hmm... do you know the WikiWikiWeb Program? Look at the

for a Wiki in action. Or the Squeak-Wiki at http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak.1
I have written a GPLed WikiClone, The Perl-CGI is available at
http://www.ira.uka.de/~marcus . I havent set up a WikiSite using
this yet (its not completely finished), but it does (somehow) look
like http://atiswww.ira.uka.de/cgi-bin/MetaWiki which is based on
the non-free CVWiki by Peter Merel.
My Plans for the Wiki are to extend it to be able to produce
SGML - Documentation with it. (e.g. Linuxdoc dtd).
