Me to (on all accounts). But ipmasq still initialized something in the bootup,
and that's where the problem started...

Deffenetly. Or just downgrade (or was it upgrade, probably downgrade) to the hamm
version...
Or remove it from your /etc/rc?.d directories (update-rc.d -f ipmasq remove).
