Intent to package: geomview

	What a PITA .  I can finally get the demos to work , more or less.
I may be able to package it.  If not , I will post again.
	The initial dist has junk lying around and  the installation
instructions are flawed.  And make distclean trashes the source tree, and
etc.
	It looks kind of neat though.
