intent to packge: FreeWrl vrml browser

	This is by tuomas lukka, one of the authors of perldl.  He writes
good code.
	Its pretty alpha.  There is no Debian package of xswallow, but Th.
claims freewrl works as a netscape plugin via xswallow.  I may need to
package xswallow.

	It builds very easily under Debian, but installing things may take
some work.
