If we must use a bash-ism, then call #!/bin/bash. That is all Chris and
others would like to see. At least to start. I use BSDi at work, the
sh there does the trick just fine. I believe it is similar to ash.
Besides, ash is used on the boot disks -- so we should be able to
support it.
