I've looked at the X kbd_mode and it's not exactly the same thing as the 
linux kbd_mode. The X one manipulates the sun keyboard via /dev/kbd while 
the linux one operates differently (and has different modes). However, the 
linux emulation of /dev/kbd only supports one of the modes that the X 
kbd_mode cat set, so I decided to throw it out, since it really isn't 
useful.

I also decided to keep xsun-utils with only constype in it for now.
