Oh well. Let dpkg 1.4.1.4 rest in peace where it is, in Klee's home
directory. Every developer can get it from there, and non-developers just
don't want it.
dpkg 1.4.1.4 does NOT work. It is broken. It compiles, but it does not
operate correctly.
