Mirrors

We now have a small list of push-primary mirrors. All of these mirrors are
highly accurate and reliable, more so than ftp.debian.org

http://www.uk.debian.org/debian

I hope to have anony rsyncd running on some more of them (only uk runs it
now)

All but uk have incomming (philh?)  mirrored via rsync at hourly
intervals.
