No, I have not.  This was a tentative list: a proper letter can only be
written after verifying what software the person had a hand in, and only
after determining the person's email address.

This is the result of a simple in kde source packages grep for the names
I quoted earlier.  [For example, it doesn't have anything to do with
details like the use of libgdbm.]  Whoever deals with this would also
need to get ahold of the kde sources, of course.

Also note that some of the hits are from GNU software such as libtool.
I've had one person assure me that this software is intended to be useable
in non-free settings.  If this is the case, I think that the accompanying
notices should be changed.  If the software can be used in non-free
contexts the current notices are at best confusing and misleading.  If the
software can not be, then the KDE folks need to be informed of this.
