That's a separate issue.

The GNU project is the unix replacement project whose tools are used
to build Linux.

The General Public License is a specific mechanism for licensing software,
such as linux.

GNU is quite a bit more than just the GPL, just as GNU is quite a bit
more than gcc.


I really don't like all this inflammatory stuff, but if you feel compelled
to write it could you at least get your facts to line up in some fashion
that makes sense?
