Bug tracking system does CC the maintainer, doesn't it?
Does the bug tracking system send mail to the maintainer if a bug is
reported?
I ask because I got several times now a bug only via the bug mailing list
I'm subscribed to, but not via personal message.
This is flawed because it is likely that I miss the bug report, if it isn't
adressed to me personally.
This has happened with bug #24010, for example.
